My Portal's smart camera is having problems automatically following my movement.

If your Portal's camera is having trouble following your movement, try the following:

  • End your call and then try again.
  • Unplug your device and plug it back in again.

If you continue experiencing issues with your Portal's Smart Camera, please contact Portal Support at portal.facebook.com/help for assistance.
