My Portal Go battery won't charge.

This article only applies to Portal Go.

Your Portal Go is charging when the battery icon with a bolt icon is on the screen. If you’re having trouble with your battery, make sure:

  • Your outlet works. Try unplugging and replugging your charger into a different outlet.
  • The charging dock is placed on a flat, even surface with the three circles facing up.
  • The center of Portal Go is lined up with the charging dock when placing the device down onto the dock. Make sure the dock is placed fully inside the dome on the bottom of the device.
  • The charging dock cable is plugged in securely to the power adapter and the power adapter is plugged into a wall outlet.

Keep in mind that Portal Go will only charge using the official charger that came with the device. You can find replacement chargers on portal.facebook.com/accessories.
