If your Portal's Wi-Fi signal is weak, move your Portal closer to your Wi-Fi router and reset the device.
You will connect your Portal TV to Wi-Fi during initial setup and can change your Portal TV Wi-Fi network from the Settings menu.
If your Portal TV can't find or connect to your Wi-Fi network, make sure your network is on and your Portal TV is in range of your Wi-Fi router.
You can check your Wi-Fi signal strength from the Device Settings section of your Portal's Settings menu.
